Farmed vs Wild


I read about this site in a magazine. Not only do they classify your seafood choices into Best, Good and Avoid, but also they make a handy folding pocket guide. This is great for people who can never remember if they should order farmed, wild or Atlantic salmon. According to the guide, your best choice is wild-caught from Alaska, but you should limit consumption due to mercury concerns.

I really like the way this classification is organized. Looks like the order in which I should have my classification. Thanks for posting this - gives me ideas. I wonder how can we scan our magazine cutouts and be able to view them in full size after clicking the image?
