Acorn Squash

Last year I attempted to cook squash, but it came out terribly undercooked. This year I learned from my mistakes and made some delicious acorn squash. My secret is to leave it in the oven fortwice the recommended time. Instead of 30 min, I cooked it for an hour. It was quite tasty.

Yummy, acorn squash! It seems like perfect weather for that kind of food. I'm looking forward to picking apples soon, too. I love the fall.
